It's the launch of Blossom Watch 2020! The trees are budding!

Spirit Tree Estate Cidery opened its doors in September 2009. Much like an apple tree in the orchard, the idea for the Cidery was planted many years before it first blossomed.

Tom Wilson and Nicole Judge, owners of Spirit Tree, had a big idea. They had a vision of creating a high-end farm-to-table cidery and bistro, unlike anything Caledon had ever seen.
