CIDERHOUSE BISTRO

The Ciderhouse Bistro is a rustic casual dining experience and one of best places to eat in Caledon. Join us for a delicious meal paired with on of our artisanal ciders. Our chef prepares a seasonal menu using local produce and products that will delight your taste buds!

DINE-IN HOURS

Wednesday: 11 am to 4:30 pm

Thursday: 11 am to 8:30 pm

Friday: 11 am to 8:30 pm

Saturday: 11 am to 8:30 pm

Sunday: 11 am to 4:30 pm

DINE-IN PROCEDURES:

MASKS ARE REQUIRED

- All servers will be wearing masks.
- We ask that all customers wear a mask when they enter the restaurant and Farm Shoppe.
- When seated, guests can remove their masks but are asked not to move around the patio.

LIMITED SEATING

- Seating on the patio is limited, so we can ONLY accommodate groups of up to 4 people on the patio and 6 people in the tent.
- To be fair to everyone, dining time is limited to 90 minutes during peak times.

SOCIAL DISTANCING & SANITATION

- To ensure social distancing, all tables will be 2 metres apart.
- All tables and chairs will be sanitized between seatings.
- All guests will enter the patio from the gravel pathway outdoors (not from inside, as normal).
- All guests will be asked to provide info for contact tracing.

Ontario mini red potatoes cut & fried with the skin on. Tossed with Spirit Tree sumac seasoning.

Fall Vegetable Tempura (V, DF & GF) - $12

Roasted cauliflower and sweet potato veg with our signature chana flour and Applelager batter.  Served with our hot sauce and roasted garlic honey.

Tempura Fried Maple Leafs (V, DF & GF) - $6

Salt cured maple leafs fried with cider tempura batter, drizzled with maple syrup and peanut praline. Apple soya sauce for dipping.

Late Harvest Caponata (V & DF) - $16

Fire roasted peppers, zucchini, and eggplant, with olives and capers. Topped with pine nuts. Served with artisan bread and crostini.

House Salad (V & GF) -  $10

Romaine, baby arugula, baby spinach tossed in our apple balsamic vinaigrette with shaved beetroot, carrot, shallots and winter radish. 

Three Sisters in the Woods (V & GF) - $14

Rainbow chard, spinach, arugula greens tossed with roasted squash, sweet corn, apples, sautéed mushrooms, coloured carrots, shallots, and red lentils. Dressed with our mustard vinaigrette and topped with Cow's Creamyer Appletree Smoked Cheddar and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Our signature deep dish quiche. Served with our house salad.

Cauliflower Keto Bowl (V, DF & GF) - $16

Cauliflower and celeriac “risotto,” served on a crabapple puree. Topped with roasted walnuts and apples.

Moules & Frites (DF & GF) - $19

Canadian East Coast mussels, served with sweet corn, peppers and a tomato nage. Served with house-made frites.

Oven roasted chicken breast topped with sliced apples, brie & apple mustard on a ciabatta bun. Served with our house-made frites.

Roast Beef Sandwich - $20

Roast beef topped with caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, topped with Gruyere cheese and horseradish mayo. Served with our house-made frites. 

Butternut Ravioli (V) - $22

Butternut ravioli with roasted mushrooms. Topped with Pecorino cheese and a balsamic reduction.

Pork Shoulder Roulade (DF & GF) - $22

Pork shoulder glazed with our house-made BBQ sauce. Served on a roasted polenta cake and corn succotash.

Nimmo Farm Limousine Burger - $24

Nimmo Farm Limousine beef patty, seasoned with salt & pepper, topped with aged white cheddar, on a Brioche bun with roasted garlic aioli, grainy apple Dijon, Boston lettuce, fire roasted tomatoes, house-made pickles and a balsamic reduction. Served with our house-made frites.
