Rainbow chard, spinach, arugula greens tossed with roasted squash, sweet corn, apples, sautéed mushrooms, coloured carrots, shallots and red lentils. Dressed with our mustard vinaigrette and topped with Woolwich goat cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds.
