Ontario mini red potatoes cut & fried with the skin on. Tossed with Spirit Tree sumac seasoning, sea salt and fresh rosemary. Served with our apple ketchup.
Bread & Butter (V) - $9.50
Two artisan breads, freshly sliced. Pot of our famous Apple butter whipped and garnished with salt & herbs.
Cauli Wings (V/GF) - $16
Roasted cauliflower florets battered in a chickpea flour. Served with your choice of our house-made BBQ, hot, or honey garlic sauce.
Cheese Fondue - $20
Emmental and Gruyere cheese melted with our Dry Hopped Cider. Served with tortilla chips, fresh bread and sliced apples. GF upon request
Petite Charcuterie Board - $34
A delightful mix of artisan cheeses and cured meats, Ice Cider Pate, Cafe de Paris butter, accoutrements and a selection of artisan bread.

Local lettuce blend with cherry tomatoes, pickled red onions, sliced cucumber, julienned carrots, shaved radish. Tossed in our house balsamic dressing. Add chicken, or steak (+$12)
Wassail Salad (V/GF) - $18
A mix of romaine, arugula, and spinach, dressed with cranberry & orange vinaigrette. Served with festive dried cranberries, candied orange peel, candied nuts, shredded apple and Cow’s Creamery Applewood Smoked Cheddar. Add chicken or steak (+$12).

Spirit Tree Quiche - $20
Choose from our signature deep dish quiche in two flavours: Roasted Vegetable (sauteed onions and roasted zucchini, mushrooms and asiago cheese) OR Lorraine Quiche (sauteed leeks with roasted potatoes, bacon and red cheddar). Served with our house salad, soup du jour or petite frites.
Winter Korma (V) - $23
Cauliflower, carrots, cherry tomatoes, peas, chickpeas and bell peppers simmered in a rich silky sauce served with a medley of flavoured Basmati and wild rice. GF upon request
Poulet Gaston Gerard (GF) - $27
Seared butterflied chicken breast topped with Gruyere simmered in a Dijon cream sauce served with fried smashed potato and sautéed vegetables.
Moules & Frites (GF) - $27
One pound Canadian East Coast mussels, steamed in our Dry Hopped cider, shallots, garlic and cream. Served with house-made frites. Add Thai chili (+$2) GF & DF upon request.
Spirit Tree Tourtière - $28
Holiday beef and pork meat pie seasoned with festive spices and cider. Served with apple chutney and choice of our petite frites or house salad.
