APPETIZER (choose from)
Chicken Consommé - Clear chicken broth with with julienne carrots.
Duck Terrine en croute - Duck breast encased in ground chicken with dried cherries and pistachios and baked in a pie crust.
Baked Brie en croute - Brie cheese with red current jam baked in a puff pastry. Served with crostini.
Roasted Beet Salad with Drunken Apples - Glazed beets sliced and fanned on oak leaf lettuce with diced apple soaked in ice cider. Topped with thick buttermilk and dill dressing.
MAIN COURSE (choose from)
Trout en Papillote - Trout fillet with butter, capers, minced shallot, and estate reserve cider slowly baked in parchment. Served with green beans and lemon garlic orzo.
Wild Boar Pappardelle - Fresh made pappardelle pasta topped with rich wild boar and chantarelle mushroom Bolognese tomato sauce. Finished with a splash of black truffle oil.
Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin - 4 oz beef tenderloin wrapped with thick cut smoky bacon and cooked to order with butter, steak spice and fresh rosemary. Served with oven roasted fingerling potatoes and fire roasted broccoli with parmesan cheese.
