THE FARM SHOP
Our Farm Shop, located inside the Spirit Tree Estate, carries our freshly baked bread, pies and baked goods, ciders and an assortment of locally sourced food products.
It will bring joy to the food lover, home chef and anyone who love's to be delighted by life's daily indulgences.
Join us for Pizza Night every Friday and Saturday after 4pm. Indulge in freshly made thin-crust pizza baked in our wood-fired oven. Available for pick up only.
Wood Fired Oven Artisanal Breads
Hand crafted and hearth baked daily. The result is a flavourful, artisan loaf. No artificial preservatives are ever used.
The fire is started directly in the oven early morning and allowed to burn for 10-12 hours. The loaves are baked directly on the hearth creating a superior crust and exceptional flavour. The heat retained in the thick masonry of the oven allows us to bake continuously throughout the day.
Our bread varieties include Normandy Apple, Caledon Sourdough, Country French, Tartine, Multigrain, English Muffins and Baguettes.
Artisanal Pastries and Treats
Our handcrafted pastry dough is made with butter and non-hydrogenated shortening to create a flaky texture with a rich, buttery flavour.
Our pies are available baked or frozen for you to take home - flavours available according to the season and include apple, bumbleberry, strawberry rhubarb, blueberry, peach and pumpkin.
We also offer a daily selection of artisanal butter tarts, scones, croissants, brownies and cookies, as well as special seasonal treats!
Ready To-Go Products
Enjoy Spirit Tree favourites from the comfort of your own home. We make family meals or dinner parties easy with delicious comforting foods made with local ingredients and the care you have come to expect from the Spirit Tree kitchen.
