Mother’s Day Brunch

Spoil mom with a three-course bunch at Spirit Tree Bistro on Sunday, May 12. 2024.

There are three seatings – 10 am, 12:30 pm and 3 pm.

We can accommodate groups up to 6 people. Please email us for larger groups.

When purchasing tickets, select the type of menu (adult vs. kids menu) and the seating time.

Appetizers:

1.  Cream of Asparagus Soup – topped with roasted asparagus tips and asiago cheese crisp

2.  Baby Spinach, Beet Root and Goat Cheese Salad -bed of baby spinach, topped with roasted beets, walnuts, dried cranberries and pickled onions. Finished with crumbled goat cheese and apple vinaigrette

3.  Mexican Bruschetta – Fresh corn bread toasted and topped with fresh pico de gallo and cilantro

Mains:

1.  Spirit Tree Eggs Benedict – 2 soft poached eggs served on our home made English muffins, topped with brown butter and thyme hollandaise sauce. Served with bacon and sweet potato hash.

2.  Normandy French Toast Casserole – Spirit Tree signature Normandy apple bread soaked in egg royal, baked, sliced and pan seared, and topped with creme fraiche and assorted berries. Served with brandy maple syrup and local breakfast sausage.

3.  Steak and Eggs – 4 oz marinated flat iron steak, topped with 2 eggs your way. Served with bacon sweet potato hash.

4.  Moroccan Chicken Breast with Grilled Veg Chickpea Salad – 6 oz chicken breast seasoned with Moroccan spice blend and grilled. Served with grilled vegetables and chickpea salad.

Desserts:

1.  Lemon Lavender Tart – Lemon and lavender curd in a butter shortcrust shell. Topped with lavender petals and candied lemon peel.

2.  Mini Baked Alaska – Chocolate sponge cake topped with vanilla ice cream and topped with meringue and torched to caramelize.

3.  GF Brownie with whipped cream and fresh fruit – warm ST brownie topped with whipped cream and fresh berries
