With over 18 years of culinary experience across Canada and abroad - including three years as an Executive Chef at a top-rated hotel and restaurant in Nicaragua - Adam brings a world of flavours to our kitchen. Originally from Ottawa, Adam recently relocated to Palgrave with his girlfriend and he's excited to put down roots in Caledon. He is a passionate forager and is already dreaming up Spirit Tree dishes that include wild mushrooms and fiddleheads. Stop by the Bistro to try our new Spring menu with delicious dishes like roasted salmon, creamy orecchetti pasta and Philly Steak Frites. Come back again often to try his new dishes as he settles in!
