One pound Canadian East Coast mussels, steamed in our Dry Hopped cider, shallots, garlic and heavy cream. Served with house-made frites.

Tender local ground Limousine beef patty, topped with roasted tomatoes, pickles, Cows Creamery apple smoked white cheddar, romaine lettuce, apple mustard and balsamic reduction and garlic aioli. Served with our house salad, soup du jour or petite frites.
