Annual Wassail Festival

Join us for our annual Wassail Festival to celebrate the blossoms and the start of apple season!
This is a FREE family-friendly event!! We are collecting donations for Bethell Hospice.
Wassail is a tradition from ancient England. It’s purpose was to bless the apple orchard and scare away the bad spirits after a long winter. It included a lot of dancing, singing and merriment!
The Orange Peel Morris Singers will perform traditional song and dance and lead a procession into the orchard to bless the apple trees.
Performances will start promptly at 12 & 2PM.
What to Expect:
- Enjoy FREE sweet cider!
- Learn about Wassailing and enjoy the performance
- Kids can make their own Wassail noise-maker
- Pizza is available to order from 12-5
