Our ciders are proudly crafted on-site in Caledon with Ontario apples, pears & seasonal flavours.

Our goal is to produce an array of quality beverages for the discriminating consumer, and reignite the passion for hard cider that has been evident since the 19th century.

This limited edition still cider is expressed from apples exclusively grown in the cider block of the Spirit Tree orchard. The thoughtful blend of hand picked cider apple varietals is fermented dry and aged in toasted oak barrels creating a sophisticated flavour profile with hints of spices and rich oak character.

SPANISH SIDRA

Spanish ciders (Sidra) are from the northern Basque region of Spain, made from pressed wild apples and fermented in wooden tanks. This cider is dry, creamy, full bodied, fruity with a hint of citrus. This cider should be consumed quickly, with the last amount with sediment pitched out. Salud Bebiendo!
