Ring in the New Year with dinner from Spirit Tree. We have put together a delicious 3-course meal or Masters Charcuterie Board.

Take-out orders must be placed by December 29 at 4pm. Pick-up at Spirit Tree on December 31 from 3pm to 8pm.

Choose one item from each course:

Appetizer:
- Fondue of one - a selection of house-made bread, sliced apples and tortilla chips with warm cheese with dry hopped cider
- Wassail Salad - a combination of kale, cabbage, and celery root. Served with festive spiced nuts, candied orange peel, shredded apple and crumbled goat cheese. Dressed with cranberry & orange vinaigrette.
Main Course:
- Chicken Supreme - pan seared chicken breast in a savoury cream sauce, served with wild rice, roasted broccoli and carrots
- Prime Rib - Medium rare prime rib served with a classic Yorkshire pudding, roasted brussel sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes, demi-glace and horseradish cream sauce
- Acorn squash stuffed with quinoa, walnuts, apple, mushrooms (vegan)
Dessert:
- Chocolate molten cake with ice cream

- Apple Tart Tatin a la mode

Master's Charcuterie Box - a delightful mix of two artisan cheeses matched with two cured meats, Ice Cider Pate, Cafe de Paris butter, apple butter and a selection of artisan breads, pickles, fresh fruit, seasoned nuts.
