Mark Yan is a singer/songwriter in the alternative folk/rock tradition. Inspired by artists such as Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, Neil Young and John Prine. He has written many songs that rely on his personal life experiences. These life experiences have lead to his 2^nd album just released in October 2022, “JUST AS ONE.” Releasing right now on ITunes, Amazon Music, Spotify and other platforms, Just As One takes you on a 15 song, one hour sharing of his loves, sorrows, protests and growth. He writes in numerous genres influenced also by jazz, blues, Americana and country swing.
