DESCRIPTION:Spoil mom with a three-course bunch at Spirit Tree Bistro on Su
 nday\, May 11. 2025.\n\nThere are three seatings - 10:00 am\, 12:30 pm and
  3:00 pm.\n\nWe can accommodate groups up to 6 people. Please email us f
 or larger groups.\n\nWhen purchasing tickets\, select the type of menu (ad
 ult vs. kids menu) and the seating time.\n\nPlease note this is a ticketed
  event for the Bistro. It is not a take-out menu for pick-up.\n\nTickets i
 nclude 15% gratuity.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&lt\;&lt\; Order Tickets &gt\;&gt\;\n\n
 &nbsp\;\n\nMENU\n\nAppetizers:\n\n 	Wild Leek &amp\; Potato Soup -  wild
  leeks and potatoes\, simmered with herbs and garlic. Finished with a touc
 h of cream and garnished with fresh chives.\n 	Spinach\, Beetroot &amp\; G
 oat Cheese Salad - Baby spinach\, topped with roasted beets\, walnuts\, d
 ried cranberries\, and pickled onions. Finished with crumbled goat cheese 
 and apple vinaigrette.\n 	Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese-filled Filo Cups 
 -  Two crispy filo pastry cups filled with smooth cream cheese\, smoked 
 salmon\, minced shallots\, smashed capers\, and dill. Topped with chives a
 nd dill.\n\nMains:\n\n 	Spirit Tree Eggs Benedict - Two soft poached egg
 s served on our home-made English muffins\, topped with brown butter and t
 hyme hollandaise sauce. Served with bacon and sweet potato hash\n 	Bread 
 Pudding French Toast - Spirit Tree sourdough spiced buns with raisins and
  orange peel\, baked with an egg and cream royal\, sliced and griddled to
  golden perfection. Served with brandy maple syrup\, and local breakfast s
 ausage.\n 	Steak &amp\; Eggs (or Chicken) - Marinated 7oz NY Strip steak 
 cooked medium\, topped with two eggs scrambled or sunny side-up. Served wi
 th sweet potato hash. Option to swap steak for grilled chicken supreme.\n 
 	Paella -  A classic Spanish rice dish cooked with saffron\, seasonal ve
 getables\, and a savoury mix of shrimp\, haddock\, chicken\, and chorizo.
