SUMMARY:Annual Wassail Festival
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our annual Wassail Festival to celebrate the blossoms and the start of apple season! \n  \nThis is a FREE family-friendly event!! We are collecting donations for Bethell Hospice. \n  \nWassail is a tradition from ancient England. It’s purpose was to bless the apple orchard and scare away the bad spirits after a long winter. It included a lot of dancing\, singing and merriment! \n  \nThe Orange Peel Morris Singers will perform traditional song and dance and lead a procession into the orchard to bless the apple trees. \nPerformances will start promptly at 12 & 2PM. \n  \nWhat to Expect: \n\nEnjoy FREE sweet cider!\nLearn about Wassailing and enjoy the performance\nKids can make their own Wassail noise-maker\nPizza is available to order from 12-5\n\n
